| The advanced production line ,with an annual output of 12,000 tons aluminium alloys profiles, is imported from Japan. It can oxidize 12 metres profiles though the length of oxidation cell is 12 metres，which has reached international advanced levels in the surface treatment of profiles. This production line is equipped for producing export products. |

| The Equipments of Extruding Workshop |
| Equipped with double acting/indirect extrusion press, which is the largest and most advanced in the world, and other double/single acting , direct extrusion presses. The company is one of the biggest enterprises for producing tubes, bars/rods, profiles made by hard aluminium alloys in China. |
| 1.The 100MN double acting & direct extrusion press,manufactured by Taiyuan Heavy Machine Plant, can produce maximum diameter 520㎜ tubes, maximum diameter 260㎜ bars/rods, 1000㎜ wide and 240㎜high profiles.
2. The 55MN double acting & indirect extrusion press, manufactured by SMS Meer GmbH in Germany, can produce maximum diameter 300㎜ tubes, maximum diameter 200㎜ bars/rods, 580㎜ wide and 200㎜high profiles.
3. The 36MN single acting & direct extrusion press, manufactured by Taiyuan Heavy Machine Plant, can produce maximum diameter 180㎜ bars/rods, 460㎜ wide and 180㎜high profiles.
4. The 28MN double acting & indirect extrusion press, manufactured by SMS Meer GmbH in Germany, can produce maximum diameter 200㎜ tubes, maximum diameter 120㎜ bars/rods, 380㎜ wide and 160㎜high profiles.
5.The 2600USTon single acting & direct extrusion press, manufactured by Taiwan Meirui, can produce maximum diameter 90㎜ bars/rods, 270㎜ wide and 100㎜high profiles.
6.The 2100USTon single acting & direct extrusion press, manufactured by Taiyuan Heavy Machine Plant, can produce maximum diameter 60㎜ bars/rods, 200㎜ wide and 80㎜high profiles.
7. The two 1880USTon double acting & direct extrusion presses, manufactured by Taiyuan Heavy Machine Plant, can produce maximum diameter 100㎜ tubes, maximum diameter 30㎜ bars/rods, 120㎜ wide and 40㎜high profiles.
8.The two 1100USTon double acting & direct extrusion presses, manufactured by Taiyuan Heavy Machine Plant, can produce maximum diameter 80㎜ tubes, maximum diameter 20㎜ bars/rods, 80㎜ wide and 20㎜high profiles. |

| The equipments of smelting alloys workshop |
Equipped with 10Ton aluminium smelting furnace, 15Ton aluminium smelting furnace, 25Ton aluminium smelting furnace; 10 Ton aluminium holding furnace, 15 Ton aluminium holding furnace, 25 Ton aluminium holding furnace; 15 Ton soaking pit furnace, 25 Ton soaking pit furnace, 25 Ton cooling chamber; 3 Ton aluminium smelting furnace; and permanent magnetism pugmill systems.
This workshop can produce bars/rods up to 80,000 tons every year. Not only meet our company’s requirement, also make processing for other clients. |
